MSNVA members are invited to join Nancy Tanchel, MD, MSNVA Treasurer for a self-defense seminar.
If you're alone in the office or out late and worry about your safety - this get-together should provide some tips and actionable solutions to help you feel more secure.
All women are invited to attend including physicians, spouses/girlfriends of physicians, and others - men who are interested may attend as well.
This a free session. It will be taught by Adam Wise, candidate for delegate for district 11, an expert in the field.
